This privacy policy sets out how OceanCats uses and protects any information that you give Seas The Day when you use this website.
OceanCats is committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. Should we ask you to provide certain information by which you can be identified when using this website, then you can be assured that it will only be used in accordance with this privacy statement.
OceanCats may change this policy from time to time by updating this page. You should check this page from time to time to ensure that you are happy with any changes. This policy is effective from 16th June 2020.
What we collect

- Other information relevant to customer surveys and/or offers.
What we do with the information we gather
We require this information to understand your needs and provide you with a better service, and in particular for the following reasons:

Children
Customers need to be over 16 to register with our Website and must be over 18 to take part in competitions, prize draws or other promotions. We will not knowingly collect data about under 16s, and if you are under 16, please do not provide us with your personal information. We would ask parents please to ensure that their children under 16 do not provide us with personal information without your permission. If you believe that a child who is under 16 has provided personal data to us, please contact us and we will seek to delete that data from our systems.
Your legal rights
